Ooh boy...

Billy
The Vision is intrigued by Billy's powers, but not enough to be irritatingly prying about it. In the team heirarchy that the Vision has organized in his mind, Billy is third in the chain of command, after Eli and Kate. He also realizes that if Billy is in command, something is seriously wrong.

Teddy thinks that Billy is just the neatest thing since sliced bread, if anyone uses that phrase anymore. A hot fanboy who is gay and just as interested in Teddy as Teddy is interested in him! There is no bad here. If anything, he's worried about Billy's tendency to hold grudges in Teddy's stead, ie Kl'rt.

Rowena and her family
The Vision is somewhat intimidated by Rowena. Her brand of magic isn't really something that he's familiar with, so while he is intrigued by it, he's also somewhat wary of it. But she helped save the team from Sinesis, so she's all right in his books. He sees her as a valuable ally, but still an adult. He doesn't really have much of an opinion on the rest of her family, as he hasn't had much contact with them.

Teddy knows that she runs Billy's favorite ice cream shop and that she's an old friend of Billy's family and that she's also kind of scary. He's feeling kind of vulnerable right now and doesn't like being scared, so there's some dislike associated with her. But she did help save them from the Bug Doctor, so he counts her as someone on their side.

Jono and Penny
The Vision feels okay about interacting with them, since they're former/members of another super hero team. That sort of puts them both in the "they are authority figures because they know what they're doing" rather than anything having to do with age. He would be at a bit of a loss if he had to interact with them on a purely social level, though.

Teddy's pretty much on Billy's response: OMG X-MEN! COOL!

And neither of them knows Nico well enough to say anything on her.
